Price & Booking Information

Secure comfortable accommodation now for your stay in the Trier region or for your next Moselle cycling or hiking tour.

Prices:

Apartment price per night 70,- € (pay for 6 nights, stay 7 nights).

Children up to the age of four stay free of charge. An extra bed is available.

Deposit: 20% is due upon booking, the remainder 5 days before your arrival.

Please note that due to the high cleaning effort, you can only book us for a minimum of three nights.

Exceptions by telephone arrangement and with a surcharge.

Additional information about the rental price:

Since 2018, the city of Trier has been charging an accommodation tax of 3.5% of the gross overnight price. With us, this is already included in the final price. You can see available quotas in our occupancy calendar. Short-term bookings are possible by contacting us by phone or email.

Cancellation policy:

You will receive a refund of half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date until 12 noon CET (Central European Time). If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund.

Arrival or departure:

When you arrive or depart, we ask you to stick to the times specified above if possible, as the holiday apartment must be thoroughly cleaned before you move in or after you move out for the next guests.
If you arrive early, you are welcome to leave your luggage in our hallway and explore the city or the surrounding area until 3:00 p.m.
